This is a cool idea, but on the other hand if their was a NPC giving out GM buffs the game would be to easy and everyone would be getting reborns like crazy... i think that everyone under 50 should get buffs from a NPC other than getting free buffs whenever you want.... you would destroy the cleric's purpose.

actually you can let people pay for it and if you have to pay a gazillion zulies nobody would do it xD
Rates are already 750exp ?? if your thinking about getting free buffs well the only reason i can think of is that you cant manage to get to level 220 quick enough... instead of the NPC Buffer idea just ask for a changed exp rate...
I am strongly disagreeing with this idea, my first 2 days i was level 218... and i havn't been able to play for a couple of days and wont be so...
